We understand that getting the size right is incredibly important for all our clients and that we may not always get it right the first time - that is why we are more than happy to accept return on orders from our ready-to-wear collection (excluding orders that include personalisation). Also, if you pay using PayPal, they will cover the return postage cost on eligible purchases! Please refer to the section below for terms, conditions and more information.

To be eligible for a return, we require:

  • The item must not include personalisation;
  • The item must be in a new, unused and unworn condition (tip: when trying your shoes on, please do so on a carpet); and
  • The item must be returned in all of its original packaging in an undamaged condition.

Store credit of the equivalent value will be issued for all accepted returns (valid for 12 months). Please refer to the Returns Process section below for more information about returns.

PayPal FREE returns

If you pay with PayPal, they will cover the return postage cost up to $45. You just have to follow the simple steps below:

1. Activate PayPal Refunded Returns service in your PayPal account (before you make the purchase)

2. If you would like to return your order, just simply post it back to us as per the instructions above

3. Fill in the online form in your PayPal account, requesting your return postage to be refunded. Add your receipt as proof of postage (this must be completed within 30 days of return and 150 days of purchase)

4. If accepted, PayPal will refund the postage cost to your PayPal account within 5 business days

Returns process

To organise a return, please send us an email outlining your order number and reason for return to When organising the return, please use your country's local postal service (do not use a courier) to ensure efficient linkage with our domestic postal service. Once we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned item is in the required condition, we will issue you with a store credit of the equivalent value for use within 12 months.

Quality is of the utmost importance to us, with all shoes undergoing a stringent quality control check and are photographed for our records prior to shipment.
